Training Log: 1st Official Week done!!

I'm sure some of you ( read all) have no interest in this. But I must keep myself accountable.
1 down 17 to go.
Monday: rest. 24 burpees
Tuesday: 3.43 Wet ,warm puddle-ly miles: I felt excited and happy.
Wed: 3 Treadmill miles: I hate the treadmill but kind of love getting sweaty and hot in the winter.25 burpees
Thursday: 6.40 warmish miles: I was happy my knee didn't conk out and that I got to get my miles in. 26 burpees
Friday: Weight lifting, 30 minute treadmill walk at a 8 incline, 15 minute easy elliptical. Many planks and 27 burpees
Saturday: Rest. 28 burpees
Sunday: 3 miles and 29 burpees

Ahh a new week.!
